Body armour is a critical component for any operator’s personal protective equipment and your reliance on its performance as described every time it is deployed is why LORICA Equipment takes great care to ensure that it will.
We take the quality of our products very seriously and we want every single customer to be 100% satisfied with the long term performance of their product. We prioritize internal research and development to continuously improve on our high-performance products.
LORICA Equipment soft armour panels are warrantied to provide you with the stated protection from the specified threats for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture. The date of manufacture can be found on the label of the panels. LORICA’s carriers are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years.
The warranty is void if:
- the care and maintenance instructions on the armour panels and/or carrier labels have not been followed;
- the product has been altered in any matter after delivery to the purchaser other than by LORICA Equipment;
- the LORICA Equipment armour panels are used with an unauthorized vest carrier;
- the product has been subjected to improper or abnormal use or abuse.
Should you identify any defects in your armour panels or vest carrier, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call 1-604-392-2295 for instructions on how to return the product(s) for warranty repair or replacement.
LORICA Equipment Ltd. reserves the right to repair or replace the warrantied product(s) at its exclusive discretion, without cost to you OR provide you with a refund for the purchase price on a prorated basis.
LORICA Equipment Ltd. disclaims any liability for consequential damages or any expressed or implied warranty for particular purpose other than as provided above, listed on the product warning labels, or contained within the product owner’s manual.
