Agency T&E Program

LORICA’s Testing and Evaluation Program (T&E) is designed to assist agencies in the decision-making process of purchasing new body armor. T&E’s are to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Our T&E requests make it simple for your agency to ensure the armor you are purchasing meets your needs.

Your agency is ready to qualify for a T&E when you have funds allocated, your agency is ready to make a purchase, and/or your agency is in the evaluation stage of deciding which armor to choose.
